Using a process to layer multiple versions of bring image to bring out the personality and spirit of your pet, creating a truly special representation.
Printed on Watercolour Paper: The selection of watercolour paper is paramount. It must effectively prevent ink bleeding from the printing process when I apply watercolour paint as the final step. Extensive exploration led me to discover the ideal thickness and texture to fulfill my requirements.
Hand Detailing: Each pet portrait is given an extra layer of attention through hand detailing. I love adding unique touches and intricate details to ensure that the artwork is not just a reproduction but a personalized and original piece.

Store-Bought Frame Selection: To provide you with a convenient and flexible solution, we now offer assistance in selecting the perfect store-bought frame for your custom watercolour portrait. Our team will guide you through a curated collection of frames that complement the style and dimensions of your artwork. This allows you to choose a frame that suits your taste and fits seamlessly into your home or office decor.

Memorial Portraits
We recognize that losing a beloved pet is one of the toughest experiences life throws at us. That's why we've poured our hearts into creating memorial watercolour portraits that capture the essence and spirit of your furry friend. When working on these special pieces, I take the time to connect with the memories and emotions associated with your pet, infusing those feelings into the artwork.
Additionally, we believe in honouring the memory of cherished pets by giving back, and that's why we've teamed up with the non-profit Mattie's Place. Here's a bit about what they do:
Swift Response to Intake Requests: Mattie's Place partners with Canadian shelters and organizations, providing a rapid response to intake requests for adoptable pets at risk of death or euthanasia.
Rescue and Care: Annually rescuing approximately 250 pets, Mattie's Place often takes in animals with urgent medical needs, those facing euthanasia in shelters, or those at risk due to their current living situations.
Support for Pet Owners: Life can throw curveballs, and having a pet can sometimes be a struggle. Mattie's Place is there to support owner surrenders on a case-by-case basis, offering assistance through pet food, supplies, and whatever they can do to help pets and their people, always considering their financial capabilities.
By partnering with Mattie's Place, we're not just creating beautiful artworks; we're making a positive impact in the lives of other pets and their owners. It's our way of giving back and continuing to spread the love and joy that pets bring into our lives, even after they've crossed the rainbow bridge.
